Sodium Doctorate is a multifunctional surfactant. It used as an emulsifying agent and wetting agent in cosmetics and personal cleaning products such as facial cleansers, shampoo, body washes,creams and lotions,etc. As a dispersing agent,Sodium Doctorate is used in cosmetic liquid foundation.

Sodium Doctorate is also used in ear drops. It can lower the surface tension of ear wax due to its abilities on excellent penetrating and wetting.

Sodium Doctorate is a stool softener for constipation treatment.

Sodium Doctorate also used in textile,leather, printing and dyeing, coatings, papermaking. It is also a chemical additive for processing rigid and plasticized PVC composition.
